"Due to a problem at passport control in Birmingham Sunday Airport I missed my connections to return to Bournemouth without having to pay extra so I decided to pay £20 to stay the night in Livery Street. Same hostel more upgrades and another name."

"Naz at reception was very accommodating and caring, she really looked after me and made sure I was comfortable. Mackenzie and Euan also helped me greatly at reception and the night receptionist who's from Liverpool was also super friendly. It is a very homely relaxed hotel that serves a generous breakfast."

"Fantastic hotel, room was spotless, bed was very comfy. All the staff were fantastic and Sian who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Went for a concert at Villa Park and it was within walking distance. Would definitely stay again. "

"Plenty of parking which is free at the weekend so we were told at check in. Bar area nice & service was quick. Went down to see the pool/gym & staff just looked at us when we said we’d come for a look. We couldn’t access either due to barriers but staff continued with their conversation rather than see if they could help us out. Shame really as we may have gone for a swim, but wouldn’t consider paying for something we couldn’t see. The room was lovely, pillows & bed were great, shower amazing...
