"Couldn't always get breakfast items as they weren't being replenished frequently enough. Menu said "porridge on request" however the staff said they didn't have any. We love porridge when we go to Scotland. "

"Location was the only good thing about this place. Shower full of mould, dirty room, no soap, not enuf towels, rat trap & droppings in closet, no pride. They are “renovating” so at least a dozen garbages in hallway. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and like to be frugal but this was next level. "

"Spotless room, comfy bed, fabulous shower. Room was well stocked with tea & coffee and lovely fluffy towels for the bathroom. The decor throughout the whole hotel is incredible - amazing attention to detail and I enjoyed the little quirky style throughout. Can’t wait to book my next stay in 2026! "
