"Staff was kind and courteous. They helped me with my luggage and even was willing to accommodate specific room conditions that I was looking for. They kept my room clean and always replaced the old towels with new one. And they even gave me a very nice welcome bag. They helped me store my luggage when I needed it and even offered to call me a taxi. They were all extremely helpful and greeted me every single time I walked in. They even taught me a little bit of Chinese, highly recommend 100%"

"Stayed here for 4 nights in late July. Had a wonderful stay! Room was large and bright, and had a really nice feel. Excellent shower and comfortable bed. Stay came with breakfast which was quite yum. Laundry room was very handy although it can get busy with only 3 washers and 3 dryers. Great location with metro literally 100m away, and short walk to Jing'an Temple."

"I requested a quiet room and was given a corner room. They even upgraded my stay. I was a bit worried because of some mixed comments about the staff, but they turned out to be very friendly, and I had a fantastic stay. For the price, it’s one of the best options in Shanghai, and the location is excellent. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I visit. And thank you to the staff member who I saw doing stretches sometimes—you left a fun and memorable impression!"

"The hotel is placed right in the middle of the busiest street of Shanghai - East Nanjing Road. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning, The beds were very comfy though! The only downside was that the staff didn't really speak English which made it hard for us to communicate our wishes to them. "

"Nice rooms , neighborhood, near park with a lake and excellent breakfast restaurant. WiFi was iffy and difficult to use since it needed a password from an app on the rm TV and everything was in Chinese only. "
