"Nobody at reception . After ringing the bell for awhile we managed to get someone going home from their shift to help us. That said the rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay"

"Bijzondere locatie om te overnachten qua oudheid en historie. Leuke en gezellige bar met grote lounge en vele fijne stoelen. Achter het hotel is ook een grote parkeerplaats en het hotel zelf ligt aan de hoofdstraat dus wel wat drukker voor de deur. Continentaal ontbijt was niet heel uitgebreid maar wel oké. Je kon English breakfast los bestellen. Je moet smalle trappen lopen richting kamer. Die was klein en compact ook qua badkamer."

"The Mill Hotel is in an excellent position, overlooking the mill pond and adjoining common. There is ample parking nearby and it is just a short walk into the lovely town of Sudbury. There is an attractive restaurant and bar, with feature water wheel, and the food was good. The rooms were well equipped and the bed very comfortable. Due to the historic age of the hotel, there's no lift, which would have caused me problems if my room had been on an upper floor."

"I had an extremely poor experience at easyHotel Ipswich and would not stay here again.
Before arrival, I contacted the hotel to add my daughter to the booking but received no response. Instead, I was sent a generic reminder to bring ID, which I did (including my passport), yet no ID was even checked on arrival.
We arrived at 9:30pm and were given a room that was not suitable for a family, despite my prior request. When I raised this at reception, I was told the hotel was fully booked and that...

"A very nice and clean place to stay for a night or two. We stayed in a standard double room for 1 x night and was comfortable and clean room. Ate in the bar restaurant and food was really tasty and staff friendly. "
