"Perfect location for the nec just a 5 min walk away, convenient well stocked garage just outside the gate with a Greggs inside, would defo use again, great value with a pool aswell"

"Really funky and young hotel, nicely located close to Resorts World and for us the airport. However be aware that early morning the connection between the hotel and the airport, via the NEC and Birmingham international, isn't open. Bit of a longer walk. Hotel was excellent though, really well appointed and great facilities"

"The location is good, right in the middle of the shopping hubs and event venues, and literally round the corner from the main station.
Shame the same can’t be said for the lifts or the beds! There was one lift out of action, and the other was seriously slow and clunky. And the beds were hard and lumpy and not very comfortable.
When it came to checkout, there was no-one on reception to check you out, so there was just a big pile of keycards thrown on the desk, and no option to leave your case in...

"This is a new hotel. Rooms well appointed and there is a very helpful lift. Adequate parking is available outside.
The breakfast is excellent and is restocked regularly.
On the down side. They could do with a better stocked bar. There is not much choice of food places in the area. The pub opposite is very noisy and busy. Everywhere else is a drive. Most nights we went into the hotel next door for beers etc. so that is another possibility"
