"everything was really good, staff good, restaurant staff the evening were fab, HOWEVER breakfast the following morning was nothing but shambolic and ruined a really good visit i stood at the waiting area for 15-20 minutes with no a person in site to ask/help , eventually i just walked out and left"

"Bearing in mind this hotel is an express overall its a good hotel for a quick nights break but 2 nights was my limit. No air con in the heat we have had wasnt the best but they did supply fans which were very good quality. Breakfast was ok but not much variety. Think they should swap the muffins for pain au chocolate so the kids have better choice. Location is good for southampton as only 10 min car ride. Overall I would stay here again for a night"

Coz i booked early in the year before the offer !! Also expected towels and had to hire them at a cost of £6 Also no WiFi in the lodge !! Ugh ! Also only one resturant bar was open except on our last night ( Thursday)'"
