"Booked the premium double and out room was on the 16th floor. Absolutely gorgeous in a great part of town, would definitely stay again :)
Staff were lovely, got water in the room and some Nespresso coffee! Also a fridge in the room which was ideal on a very hot bank holiday.
Couldn't recommended enough for a trip to Bristol!"

"The Hotel has a nice view of the river. The room was clean and comfortable but rather small, there was only room for one chair in the room so with two guests one would have to sit on the bed. The bathroom was adequate but again rather small. This was Ok for a one night stay but if we were staying longer it would have felt quite cramped.
There was no guide to hotel facilities in the room and the telephone was not working.
Staff were approachable and friendly but I felt they were understaffed at...

"The room is best described as a hotel pod!
Very tiny, best suited for solo travellers for sure! Not suitable for tall people lol as our room at least was only 6 feet wide and the bed was the full of it. The bathroom did not have a closing door so no privacy at all for someone using the bathroom. The glass sliding door does not fully close.
The room was clean. Staff were friendly.

"I loved my short stay here with my two dogs - my room overlooked the square and had all the amenities I needed. I slept well and it was well situated to explore everything and be straight out in the buzz of millennium square and the waterways in the morning.
I can’t comment on the food as don’t eat there but the staff were friendly and gladly took a parcel from Amazon in for me which I really appreciated
Parking in the very nearby carpark at a discount was a bonus for me too
