"Room was clean breakfast was ok. They didn’t have much as they had a huge rush before we got there. We had limited time so we were a little disappointed. However, all the staff were very friendly and kind."

"Hotel indicates they have parking, but it’s very limited for the amount of rooms and we were never able to get a spot. There’s a lot of trash outside the hotel as well as old dog poop just sitting outside. The front door was never cleaned up. Inside walls needed to be repainted. There were things splashed and dripped down the walls. The worst was our bathroom there was mold growing on the walls (near the floor) and when we took a shower, the whole bathroom flooded. "Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. We had no power in the room and bathroom during the night and had to use our phone lights. Reception was unable to provide a solution. Breakfast quality was also disappointing, with very limited options. The only positive experience was the gentleman at reception during breakfast, who was very kind and helpful."

"Room was clean and staff was helpful in getting a taxi to the airport booked for me. It was more of a transit hotel than I had realized. It is connected to a train station and across the street from the busses. I also wish the door had an additional latch or deadbolt, as a female solo traveler I was uncomfortable not having that."

"The hotel is set in a nice location. Unfortunately our first floor room, as did many others, looked onto an internal roof area which was shabby and dirty. General decor was tired and dated. Food was ok. Could not fault the staff who were friendly and helpful. Room prices did not justify state of the hotel."

"This was a minimal service hotel, it was obvious they were cutting corners everywhere they could. There was no one at the desk except around check-in time & random other moments. I never saw any cleaning staff (or evidence they did any cleaning). There was no door tag to ask for housekeeping to clean the room.
I have a receipt that a half deposit was paid but they charged the full fee. I asked when someone was there, they checked & said Expedia cancelled the reservation, but it was still active....
