"My wife and I who are both in our seventh and lung cancer survivors and I had a whole knee replacement last year when we arrived we were booked in on the 3rdfloor the lift only went to the 2nd floor we had to use the stairs with our luggage to get to our room which didn't have a fridge witch my wife needed for her medication we got one after we complained it also didn't have a safe or air-conditioning on the plus side the location was perfect but it definitely was not 4 star as you advertised...

"This hotel has the potential to be a brilliant place to stay but it needs a serious refurb in its current state.
Arriving, the entrance and lobby were well maintained and nicely decorated however, entering the first floor you notice the office like false ceiling. This continues through the corridors and into the rooms. Loosing roughly 18 inches of ceiling height makes the rooms feel much smaller and gives quite a cheap characterless feel to the room. "Great location, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff, nice toiletries and great selection of coffee and teas. Great food and drinks available onsite.
Ideas for improvement- larger fridge, the fridge is tiny - other than the free water that is provided you can’t fit anything more in there. Robes would be nice as well as body lotion or hand cream in the bathroom."

"Staff were amazing, we had been before and thought how the whole place needed a revamp it was looking tired this time, food was good, Bar prices were very steep, nearly £5 for a bottle of coke,!!!!!. We would come back though."

"Breakfast is average and good parking facilities.
Good food pub and eat but stay was terrible with boiling hot room stay they provided a single table fan for a family of four and the windows weren’t able to be opened with the smell off the dusty carpets overall can’t recommend for a family stay"
