"The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
However, we really didn't like the Pub and Grill - small, crowded and very noisy - the football being shown on every vertical surface was embellished with loud and annoying music. We decided to eat in our room - which had its own contribution to add.
The only way to order was via an app - which didn't work. As there are no phones in the rooms ( and no phone number provided to reach reception), I had to stand in the hallway to use one of the few...

"I asked for car parking they didn't give for my whole stay and I ended up with a fine. They didn't ask if I wanted the room cleaning and when I asked the next night I was provided with towels but the. It wasnt cleaned the next night. Poor service I travel to hotels a lit wont go to Marriot again."

"Stayed here for one night. Room was immaculate with large slipper bath & walk in shower. Plenty of tea & coffee provided & 2 bottles of water. Yhe ki g size bed was really comfortable. The full English breakfast was freshly cooked hot & very tasty. All the staff were very efficient & friendly. Would thoroughly recommend staying here."

"The bar area and restaurant were very nice although we ate in the restaurant on our first night and the food was good but we felt rushed and I ordered a glass of rose which was warm.
We felt the bedrooms were very outdated, the beds were very hard, lumpy and too low. The lighting in the bedroom by the desk/dressing table was non existent.
The room was cleaned but we were not given any toilet roll."
