"Hotel was modern. Staff at check in was polite. Paid for car parking,. The room was a good size with two double beds. Large bathroom and toiletries provided. Only issue was with the EV car parking had to try the charger several time and unfortunately it did not work. I appreciate that this is beyond the hotels control. "

"Just visited this hotel this weekend. Its slightly out of the centre and on a steep bank but that didn't put us off. The rooms were lovely, great bed and bathroom with a lovely shower. Breakfast was fabulous and Brad our waiter was lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we would definitely recommend"

"Easy and quick check in, room was clean, well maintained and spacious. Bed comfortable and lovely river view. Matteo who welcomed us at breakfast was really friendly and helpful telling us everything we needed to know and the food was lovely, The hotel is really central for exploring Bath with everything within walking distance. Great trip."

"I have stayed at this hotel a few times. The rooms are spacious and always very clean. I find the beds are very comfy. Always have a good night's sleep. Each time I have stayed here it has been very quiet at night, no noise from other residents which is nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good facilities to use. Nice restaurant and good food. I would highly recommend this hotel."
