Yes there was a shuttle but at times there was a wait time. Also after 8pm there was no attendant present for the lot. Shuttle attendants were very friendly. "

"Great stay. We booked the day of for a last minute trip. We chose a Falls View room but there was a glitch and we were alerted while driving. I called immediately and was assured that everything would be fine when we arrived but unfortunately it wasn't - our room had been canceled. The hotel handled it beautifully. We had a partial view the first night but they gave us a credit and moved us into an amazing suite the second night. I am absolutely fine with mistakes if you own it which is exactly...
