"Nice stay, clean room, friendly staff, good, large gym.
I thought it’s a bit mean to charge £6 for car park- it’s already 3 miles out of Oxford near the ring road! But easy way to increase turnover!"

"There was some renovation taking place during our stay. This didn't impact our stay but it worth noting that there was work going on throughout the duration.
The staff were brilliant and really helpful.
The parking is limited but great value if you are travelling by car and able to stay."

"Good spa, nice breakfast with a decent selection. The hotel has easy parking and check in was good. They weren’t able to manage a 30 minute extension on the room which was disappointing. The food and service in the bar was excellent."

"Beautiful properly and excellent staff. Everything we were hoping for in our first visit to Oxford. Only challenge was we came during a heatwave and the hotel does not have AC. Staff tried to help with fans but it was simply too hot."

"Our experience at the hotel was just fine. I would not call it an “experience.” We booked it be sure our friend dreamed of staying here for his birthday. The spa was nice, and the bathroom in the room was nice. The food was terrible. And besides staff being nice, the service was terrible."

"It’s dated and needs some tlc - sadly things like layout don’t help, but things like light sensors only lighting after you reach different bits of the corridor just felt cheap and a poor experience. On arrival there were bugs on the window, had clearly not been used/cleaned for a while"

"I was having a difficult day when I arrived but then I was greeted so warmly by Darcy and Gemma, they made me feel so welcome that my day turned around instantly! My room was charming and cozy, comfy bed, nice furnishings and a fantastic large old claw foot bath tub. It felt cozy and luxurious at the same time.
