"Stayed 12th-14th june. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean etc. Only one downfall .... I booked a room and they charged me to park in the carpark 😂 , but when you go outside and look at the signs. It says free from Friday to Sunday. But otherwise excellent. I cannot fault the place. It was modern, clean, lively . Very happy and would stay again"

"The total has good amenities and a good gym. The food was ok. The hotel was let down by poor and inconsistent service.
We were told that tables in the restaurant could not be booked in advance as that evening England were playing. This was confirmed by the person on reception, only to find that nearly all the tables has indeed been reserved when we went down to the restaurant with some of them standing empty for hours until the football started.
We then had to wait about half an hour for food...

"This Hilton Hotel is superb! The reception desk people were so helpful. The room was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the cricket ground, which is why we booked to stay there. Beefy's restaurant on the upper ground floor of the hotel was exceptional both for dinner and breakfast. One thing we would have appreciated in our room was a small refrigerator to keep wine, water and milk cold"

"Fantastic view of the cathedral from our room. However the room and hotel were a little tired.
There were cracked tiles on the bathroom floor, and the bathroom light switch was in a dangerous condition…arcing at the slightest touch.
There never appeared to be any staff available and the buffet breakfast…well, don’t bother paying for it! You can get a fabulous breakfast at one of the many cafes available nearby!"

"Good food and a clean and very comfortable room. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The facilities included full spa services including very good facials and the rest of the treatments. The swimming pools were clean and were providing experiences for small children whilst rhe other pool catered for over 18s. It was a relaxed and very comfortable way to spend 24 hours catching up with my sister.
