"All of our cash was stolen from our room the day after we got there. Staff literally searched through all of our bags. Front desk staff and management couldn't have cared less, gave us the runaround for days before finally agreeing to refund us. Here we are, a month after our vacation, and we have not been refunded. Unacceptable for how expensive this resort is. Also had multiple large, venomous spiders in our room."

"Booked this place for 3 people, total 1 week stay. I paid over $6000 for three of us to be all inclusive. "Very relaxing environment. The rooms were clean and the AC worked great. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have a shuttle service and it doesn't take long for them to come get you after you call them. Be prepared to walk up and down steep hills if you don't use the shuttle service. Beach was clean. Small pool by the beach has a swim up bar and that's where I spent a lot of my time. We saw monkeys in the trees by the swim up bar a few days."

"I liked that it was a family oriented environment great place to take your kids. It wasn’t loud and crazy. It was peaceful. The staff were really friendly and kind. The food was good for an all inclusive resort. I could appreciate the quality of service they try to provide for their guests. From the food that is cooked and to all the staff. You can tell they truly care in providing the best experience for their guests."
