"1. Needs better signage. Myself and 6 others attempted to register at the Conference Center, believing it to be the lobby.
2. The room’s thermostat is so complicated that guests are directed to scan a QR for instructions, and watch a video to learn how to turn on the HVAC system. WHY have a thermostat that is NOT user friendly?"

"Our experience was extremely disappointing for three reasons. First the property, which is quite old, has not been well maintained. The word I would use to describe our room is "shabby." Pretty shocking at this price point. Second, the management and service levels are below par. The primary draw of the property is the ocean view, meaning the property is located on a sloped hillside. "We loved our stay at the Quail Lodge. I actually went with my family many years ago and this time returned with my husband. We did reserve a room with a golf pond view and it was the best choice.
