"Absolutely loved our room with a full river and Tower Bridge view. Just beautiful. The hotel was terrific and the adjoining restaurant had what we thought the best fish & cups with mushy peas. Would go back on a heartbeat!"

"This hotel was amazing. It is one of the best, if not the best, hotel Ihave stayed in. The ambiance was warm and inviting. The doorman was great and very helpful with directions and information on local places to eat and visit. The staff in general were all very pleasant and always glad to help. The breakfast was amazing too. I highly recommend this hotel for any stay in London."

"Great hotel location, close to shops, restaurants, coffee shops and entertainment. The rooms were were very comfortable and spacious, the bed and pillows were perfect, we had a long travel day prior to arriving at the hotel, and arrived earlier than the checkin time but the staff were so accomodating and gave us a room upon arrival. The hotel restaurant was lively we had the buffet breakfast which had a large variety of foods to choose from, including hot breakfast, cereals, pastries, fruit...

"So impressed with this hotel! Location was excellent steps from the British Museum, tube stations, a lovely park, and dining options. I was in a single room and the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and very quiet at night. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I felt so welcome. The breakfast was way more than I expected and the breakfast area is charming with a lovely view over a garden courtyard. No suggested improvements! "

"Das Zimmer - bei mir mit Blick auf den Garten - war ordentlich und sauber. Ich hatte viel Platz. WLAN ist schnell und einfach einzurichten. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und nett. Einzig was man verbessern kann: während Frühstücksbuffet war ich kurz weg und als ich mein Tee austrinken wollte war mein Tisch abgeräumt und andere Gäste saßen dort - nicht schlimm als solches da ich sowiso fast fertig war. Vielleicht lag es auch an mir!? Fazit: schönes Hotel das ich jederzeit Weiterempfehlen würde!"

"By far our favorite London hotel! It is a gem--tucked away near Tower Bridge with easy access to the tube. Large, comfortable room! This was our second time staying here, and we will return. Highly recommend!!"
