"One of the staff with the name of Lily I guess informed us that they would charge for the 2 water bottles which is so annoying as this is supposed to be a five star property and we were there for 4 nights! Water should be provided at the least to the guests I feel.
Otherwise the rest of the staff was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. "

"The hotel felt very welcoming and especially Christmassy at this time of year! All if the staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for us.
The breakfast buffet was extravagant with plenty of options although I felt £69 was very steep for one adult and a child (who hardly ate anything)! I would have expected this to included in the room price as this was already over £400 per night with additional tax of £21 per night on the chevk out. These 'hidden extras' would make me a bit...
