"Room 226 has great views over central station. Room size was spacious with all the amenities of chargeable mini bar, slippers, shoe shine etc. very comfortable big bed. Bathroom was well equipped with toiletries, shower cap, vanity pack. There was also plenty of towels too. Rain fall shower head needs changing and it’s very hard and difficult to open the tap for the shower. It was very stiff and had no grip. "Excellent staff, very helpful with any issues we faced (for example the remote needed new batteries and they fixed it right away). They also kindly informed us my husband left his apple watch in the safe and they asked to mail it to us, which of course we were immensely grateful for. "Modern five star hotel with friendly staff. We arrived early and the young woman at the front desk checked us in quickly and allowed us to head to our rooms prior to our check in time as our rooms were ready. This was a huge help as it allowed us to settle in and spend more time in Milan."
