"I have simply loved my stay at the Grand Park City Hall hotel. The room was so spacious, bed comfortable and clean, bathroom a pleasure. 2 sinks, strong shower with steam room facility. Air conditioning worked really well (very grateful since Singapore heat is frightening) and although I did not use the facilities there is free access to the gym, pool and rooftop bar. Location was great for getting around, especially to Clarke Quay Central which is a 10 min walk away. Loved it!"

"Great view of the city. Nice pool. Nice employee. Pretty central. Only problem. We reserved for 2 adult + one child but you get a two person room or you have to pay extra for the bed. Our fault however as we forgot to read the fine print. Luckily we always travel with a small travel matress so they where kind to give us linnen and pillow for it. Great hotel. "

"Location & property amazing, close too all shopping malls and good food. The staff were friendly and helpful! Room service was delicious Rooms were comfortable and clean. The shower could use a deep clean as was some mould. Overall good property. Would recommend 👌 "

"Mandai Resort is lovely. I highly recommend the reservoir view. Everything in the room is perfect—great amenities, high quality bed, spacious and very nicely decorated. The breakfast is very good and different items are offered daily. The snacks in the lobby are a nice touch. The pool is a good size with a beautiful view. The forest walk is also great. I stayed 3 nights and honestly wish I had added another night. I didn’t get the chance to try the Forage restaurant…next time!"

"景観が良く、素晴らしいホテルでした。部屋に入るとカーテンが自動で開いたので、驚きました。プールのスタッフの方はいつも丁寧で、気持ちの良いサービスをしていただきました。朝食のBasilicoも毎朝飽きない美味しさでした。野菜たっぷりのオムレツも美味しかったです。お布団やソファも気持ち良かったのですが、何よりバスローブの心地よさにはびっくりしました。 初日は若い男性がピアノを弾いていてくださり、とても素敵な気持ちにさせていただきました。 チェックイン等でお世話になった笑顔の素敵な女性の方（お名前を忘れてしまいました）に、チェックアウトの時にお会いできなかったことを、英語ができない子どもたちが残念がっていました。英語の会話でもそういう嬉しい想いをさせていただいたことに感謝しています。 コンラッドは初めての滞在でしたが、またぜひ宿泊してみたいと思う快適な数日間でした。"
