"We recently stayed at the ANA InterContinental Tokyo and had a wonderful experience overall.
We booked a Club Room, which gave us access to the Club Lounge. This was definitely worth it, with a great selection of drinks and delicious nibbles available throughout the day. The food quality was excellent, and it was always a pleasant place to relax after exploring Tokyo.
What really stood out was the staff. Wow! Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, professional and attentive....

"Outstanding hotel with superb staff. Facilities were outstanding. Room was exceptional. Staff very helpful, went out of thier way to ensure satisfaction. Location near embassies is quiet so finding restaurants nearby takes a little work."

"Very nice hotel with a beautiful Japanese garden. Room and bed were comfortable. Buffet breakfast in the Patio has a large variety to suit every preference, including an omelette station (you may want to ask the cook to keep it on the burner for longer, because it tends toward runny - we found that was typical in Japan). Front desk staff person was helpful and suggested I join the rewards program for earlier check-in privileges.
Hotel location is excellent - most Tokyo sights are within a 30...

"My go to hotel every time I visit Tokyo. Our recent stay was our 7th at this hotel since my wife and I first came here 10 years ago.
The newly renovated Cerulean level room was even better then the standard level rooms we've stayed in before. Probably the hotel that has the most spacious rooms on average compared to other hotels in Tokyo.
Perfect location and always exceeds expectations."

"The rooms were a nice size and the hotel had a beautiful Japanese garden. Great there was a 7 Eleven on site and the hotel is close to the subway!"
