"The location of the property was great! It was two blocks away from from the High Street Kensington stop, a block away from the Kensington palace, and directly across the street from a great pub, the Goat Tavern. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was outstanding and the staff was very helpful and friendly. "It's starting to to show signs of age and somehow lost a tad of the edge that it used to have... still a good hotel but not as cool as it was a few years back. Plus they changed the breakfast format which was one of the advantages of the hotel."

"From the moment we checked in the staff were really friendly and made sure we had the best stay possible.
It was my partner‘s birthday and they had decorated the room and gifted him a birthday cake which added to the special stay.
We had lunch at the Avery restaurant on the 10th floor and they also spoilt him.
Thank you so much for an amazing stay!"
