"Sink and shower didn’t drain well. We didn’t bother calling the front desk for service because we were out sightseeing all day. Front desk and staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave excellent customer service. Our room was right next to the freeway and bus depot. It was very loud at night and it was hard to get a good night’s sleep."

"We were locked out of our room for over two hours at one in the morning. We got back from the concert around midnight and our key wouldn’t work. My car keys were in the room, so we were stuck outside. The office closed at 11 and when trying to contact someone with their outdoor phone, no answer. Multiple people came to the office while we were sitting outside with the same issue. I called non-emergency and they sent an officer over when available. He was able to find someone to re-activate our...

"It was great. Love how we are able to use the club as a guest staying."

"The property was conveniently located, clean and modern. Not a fan of the expense of the parking but the valet guys were helpful and provided some good ideas for dinner. The process to get the car was super easy as well but just believe it should be included with the price of the room. The bathroom only had a shower as do most of their rooms except for mobility rooms so if you need a tub, this might not be for you."

"Love this hotel but in the recent remodel they removed the magnifying mirror in the bathrooms. The showers are “rain” head with not much pressure. Hair dryer was small, poor quality. Ladies need to prepare and bring your own things."
