"Didnt like the fact that they are now charging for parking overnite! Was not notified about this till i checked in. Will be looking seriously at other locations with free parking. To me this is a make or break deal!"

"The room door wasn’t locked on one day of our stay, which is unacceptable. Also, the other day, only one bed was made and two others were left messy. I have never experience such bad room cleaning service in my life. The breakfast options are very limited and almost same everyday."

"The room was large with an exposed bathroom. Albeit the toilet was enclosed separately. The shower was large and had lovely shampoo and conditioner. The bed was comfortable and there was a large couch built in along the window. Plenty of place to store luggage. There was an ice and water room a few doors down from our room. At reception there was water and apples. We didn’t use the bar or parking. The property was well placed for shopping and the cinema"

"The parking is valet only $50 per day or you can self-park in the garage next door for $30 per day. They offer in-room dining, and a $39 breakfast buffet. We spent $400 for one room a night for family of 4. For this price, they didn’t have much amenities. No pool but a 24hr gym. The carpet in the room was noticeably dirty. The table tops were also stained. Bathroom could have been cleaner as there were still hairs on the ground and shower. My biggest complaint was the pillows smelled so awful...

"The rooms were such a great size, hot breakfast each morning another bonus! Our big family group utilized the lobby lounge each night for our get-together and to meet each am for breakfast. The hotel is in a great location for access to stores and restaurants."

"This was a nice 3 star hotel. Breakfast was good with lots of options and even on a weekend wasn’t overly busy. Front desk staff were consistently unfriendly, every single staff member did not smile and made me or my family feel like we were a nuisance. We had 3 people and needed to ask for an extra towel every night and the first night an extra blanket and pillows. When we first checked in I asked when breakfast was and was told to look on key card print out. Upon check out was surprised...
