"WOW! This hotel was everything we could have needed or wanted. The room was immaculately clean and was refreshed every day we were there. The beds were comfy, the air worked great and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. Plenty of parking and well lit, which was appreciated. I would never stay anyplace else if I could help it. "The staff person we got was not chatty at all. Seemed borderline rude. We reserved two rooms but she only have us one. We caught it right away and she added the 2nd room back. The 2nd room was horrible, it smelled like a chain-smoker lived there for 5 years. So we requested a different room and ahe was able to switch us over so that we are next to each other. Still not single smile or acknowledgement. I think that was the weirdest part of our stay. The pool was nice but small and super hot. Must...

"The water pressure in the sink needs to be turned up a little in the bathroom sink. The shower would not close my daughter had to hold it close so the water didn't get all over the place. Also needed more plates and silverware and cookware to fix food on the stovetop."

"Easy parking. Walk to SU. Nicely renovated. Staff were super helpful and accommodating. After I checked-in at night, I asked the staff at the bar if I can put my mini ice pack in the freezer. She was very helpful and went extra miles to take my mini ice pack to the basement fridge. BTW. They have mini fridge in the room. In the morning, another lady at the front desk gladly and swiftly retrieved my mini freezer pack from downstairs upon my check-out. Had a nice night sleep after a hot shower."

"The breakfast was excellent, although the juice machine was broken. The beds were very comfortable, the pool and hot tub were useful. No towels at the pool. The room floor was not swept, and had chunks of dirt on the floor. The shower had only one temperature - very hot. There was no way to add enough cold water to make it usable for more than a few seconds at a time."
