"Location was perfect and staff lovely . Cleanliness needs improving ! Hairs in the shower and around the sink ( small black ones) what I hope was dried hand wash on the side of the sink and not dried sick. Washed off our selves with a wet wipe."

"I had at this modern detached bungalow. The accommodation was clean tidy, and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. There is a lovely village a short walk away, and there is lots to do in the surrounding area. "

"Nothing much to see really its a Victorian building with lots of rooms. The shower was just a trickle. Didn't get a good night's sleep as the washing machine was on all night. And traffic noise. Ok for one night i suppose."

"Had to call the manager to get keycodes to get into rooms. Why wasnt this sent in a separate message ??? Front door on second day had a broken lock so was left open with no front desk. Bed was well used, too soft. Electric shower was OK, but who has these now, should be mains fed. Room was eclectic Parisian theme....if the bed was more comfortable would come back (maybe) , but property as a whole felt like an HMO. and access to it was from the rear , not easy to find."

"Rooms were tidy, clean bedding etc but bed is super old with springs and not great as my side of the bed bowed. Pillows super thin with no alternative. Bathroom was clean but a lot of mould in the shower. It was good for a night to rest our heads but definitely not what I was sold on the internet. The outside of the building looked like a work building. Upon entering it was an empty reception, go to 2nd floor to check in - old carpets but reception area very neat. Rooms neat and tidy but the...
