"The breakfast each morning was fantastic. We did travel in the middle of the summer during a heat wave, so despite an air conditioner in the room, our room was incredibly hot and humid. After we had too many hot nights with an air conditioner not keeping up, we complained and were moved without an issue to one of the coldest rooms in the property. They even moved our luggage.
