This hotel is within walking distance to great harbor restaurants, and also a quick drive to the ferry. Secure parking below the hotel is an added feature!!

We enjoyed our stay

We stayed for two nights and found it very comfortable. The room was a good size, the bathroom was clean and the balcony was huge! The pool was warm and very relaxing. You do need to pay extra for the sauna though. It’s €10/pp. The breakfast was basic but good enough to start the day. The scrambled eggs were really nice.

Great hotel - lovely staff. True, bits of this hotel could do with a face-lift. But generally, it's a great value hotel in an excellent location. Very good breakfast too. Would definitely stay again.

It's a fabulous building, shades of an old steam ship of faded grandeur, but all the more beautiful because of it, our room was very spacious. The spa pool was great. The breakfast very canarian, but lots of it. Then staff were happy, considerate and helpful. The town is VERY quiet, but it is mid December when I am writing this.

Great location and comfortable hotel.

Hotel is in great location. The outside of the hotel looks a bit jaded the inside is old fashioned but very clean. The staff are very courteous and helpful. Spa is actually much nicer than I expected. Breakfast very good. Second floor rooms have balconies which is very nice.

Ideal location

Low key and a bit old fashioned but in a fantastically ideal location for the sea front and the restaurants or bars. My room and individual balcony felt huge. I would very happily return here in an instant.

I made a very last minute change of plans and checked out of my previous hotel a day earlier than expected and was lucky enough to have found this hotel. It was reasonably priced, perfectly located, I found parking to be easy but I think I was lucky I found a spot immediately. The hotel staff were lovely. Thank You!

I had high hopes for Hotel Puerto de Las Nieves given its location, but the stay was a letdown. The room felt worn and neglected, with old fixtures and poor cleanliness. The breakfast was equally underwhelming—stale bread, canned fruit, and a painfully slow orange juice machine. The coffee tasted like it had been reused a few times. Items weren’t restocked, and guests were left standing around waiting. We tried the “spa”, more like a damp, over-chlorinated space that felt more stressful than relaxing. The room itself was dark, cold, and uninviting, with sagging mattresses and poor lighting. There were also very few sockets so good luck charging ur phone. By the time we checked out, I honestly understood why the receptionist didn’t bother to ask how our stay had been or say goodbye—she probably knew the answer.

Hotel was clean and quiet, breakfast was good and pool and jacuzzi was relaxing, fresh and modern with water jets and massaging loungers in the pool A few things not good such as no English speaking staff, had to rely on Google translate, no English channels on TV, it's the most widely spoken language in the world. We were there for four nights, the first two nights we were wakened by a garbage truck outside at 3.30am, it went on for fifteen minutes, very loud. We asked to change rooms from 208 to 202 which was so much better, so quiet and with our own terrace with a lovely view. The first morning we didn't say we didn't want housekeeping, there wasn't a sign to put outside the door, also we'd only checked in the night before. On returning after a walk I found my flip-flops I'd brought for the pool had been thrown out, I'd left them in a bag in the bathroom, the maids when questioned via the receptionist kept saying they hadn't seen them, but they never admitted to throwing them out, after no luck finding them the head receptionist compensated me 5 euros to replace them, it was an inconvenience as I needed them for the pool and had to make do with training shoes.

Très chouette hôtel très bien placé, à qques minutes de marche de la piscine naturelle d'Agaete et de la plage. Chambre spacieuse, parking en sous-sol très étroit mais qui est fort pratique. Très bon petit déjeuner, le spa est un pur bonheur

Wir hatten ein Problem im Zimmer. Es fing im Bad an von der Decke zu tropfen. Man war dann auf der Toilette im Regen und der ganze Boden war naß. Kondenswasser von der Klimaanlage? Das Frühstück war gut, die Betten waren gut. Die Garage ist eng, aber kostenlos. Das Spa ist sehr angenehm, man braucht einen Termin. Wir waren das 3. Mal in dem Hotel, das war bis jetzt das schlechteste Zimmer. Aufpassen, 216!

Bonne surprise que cette hôtel qui ne paye pas de mine. D’extérieur il ressemblerait presque à un routier mais passé l’entrée on voit le certainement prestige qu’il affichait. Ambiance paquebot avec divers salons avec tables et fauteuils et une cage d’escaliers joliment mise en scène avec même des vitraux au plafond. Emplacement à 2 pas du port et de la mer (de galets pas vraiment balnéaire). Ma chambre n’était pas très grande mais propre et jolie surprise avec une grande terrasse (pas eu le loisir d’en profiter mais très sympa. La structure est fonctionnelle. Le lit double est très confortable. Par contre il faudrait supprimer ces couvre-lits qui non seulement sont vieillots, peu hygiéniques mais aussi peu efficaces. J’ai séjourné en février et la nuit était fraîche. L’éclairage est un peu sombre avec des interrupteurs partout mais une seule prise (+ 1 dans la salle de bains) La salle de bain est aussi fonctionnelle et propre. Un restaurant (que pour le matin) aéré avec un buffet inclus très complet. Très satisfaite pour le prix.
