"Stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. Issues with the shower once we entered the room, no one had checked that the shower was even working before giving us the room and they had to call plumbing. A damp smell in the room too. Told the hotel was full and couldn’t move to another room and had to go shower in another room. No tea or coffee facilities as advertised. Not even a bin in the room. Tv didn’t work. Only 1 towel for 2 of us. Bathroom dusty and shower was filthy. Toilet cistern dripped all night. Couldn’t wait to leave. Please avoid."
