"It was toublesome form the start. Somehow my reservation was overlooked and we couldn't stay the first night I reserved. Then we had to wait to be let in. The handyman let us in but didn't tell us much, in fact we had to call him after he left to get the code for the lock. The blankets were wet, like they'd been taken out of the dryer too soon.
