"This is an absolutely stunning hotel. Extremely pristine as only opened last year. The communal rooms like the lobby, lounge and restaurant areas are beautiful. I was told by a member of staff that the hotel used to be a theatre before it was refurbished and that is reflected still in the gorgeous tiered central area of the hotel. "This hotel is so cute!! Located in a great part of Sevilla and I felt safe the entire time. One late night, I got locked out of the hotel, but was able to quickly and easily get help by calling the emergency phone number. One downside is that the bathroom door is practically see through, so if you’re sharing the room with friends, family, etc. keep that in mind as it can be a bit awkward. I also don’t think the breakfast is worth the extra €10 charge as it’s very very basic. All in all, I would...

"Everything is great. Magdalena was very helpful. Only thing is the shampoo and shower gel weren't labelled so we had to guess which one is which, but it wasn't a big deal, we could easily have asked but didn't want to bother. The shower was nice and hot, very relaxing. "

"Service was great. They were very response and addressed our concerns. But the property is more 3 stars than 4. We had two small beds together in one room. My wife’s bed was slipping from the end so 20-30 pct was unusable and mattress should be replaced. Bathroom also had duct tape on the ceiling and the shower is barely 2 feet wide. I couldn’t shower without hitting my hand somewhere. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. Would look for an actual 4 star hotel."
