"Reception staff were efficient and friendly. The apartment is slightly out of the centre but the walk through Feria wasnt too far and gave a sense of 'real' Spain. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. We had a terrace by the pool which was lovely. The shower was great with plenty hot water at all times. "

On nous offert le lendemain, un transfert de chambre mais aucune compensation pour la nuit sans sommeil et tous les inconvénients "

"Amazing hotel and service , they managed to check us in 3 hours before check in time which was amazing. The service and hospitality was really incredible in this hotel and we will definitely come back . The rooms also are so beautifully designed , cannot fault anything . The location and area is in a great neighbourhood with loads of great bars and restaurants around 11/10 experience!"

To think that we walked the same paths as Christoper Columbus and crew was humbling and gave us a sense of Sevilla’s role in bridging the new world with the old. The hotel is centrally located in the Santa Cruz neighborhood close to all of the must see destinations. 5 out of 5 stars!"

"Hotel staff are very good, reception, pool and communal areas are all spotless and well organised. Our room was a bit tired and will soon need updating / renovating but the beds were very comfortable and a good size. Breakfast buffet was excellent although was very busy after 9.30am - but it was Santa Semana and therefore a busy time. Food in the other hotel restaurants was also very good."
