Phoenix Inn Suites - Albany
Clean room! Friendly staff, older building, pool was closed and breakfast was sparce. It's 9.6 review is blown out of proportion and we were mostly disappointed because it was nowhere near 9.6. Especially in a weird part of town with an Adult Toy store right next door-yuck.

Right off the bet I’ll tell you the staff was great. Very helpful and very considerate and kind, but if you’re gonna call and ask if they have a stove in the room, make sure you find out whether it’s working or not as ours wasn’t. Ask him the last time they’ve cleaned any of the vents in the room ...

Rockaway Beach Resort
Old condo, but very clean and well maintained. Beautiful location right on the beach. Excellent value.

Little Creek Cove Beachfront Resort
It’s a shame you cannot access the beach from the resort- our dog was very sad and so was our extremely muddy sandy car after we had to drive to the beach but other that a well taken care of older condominiums
