There was a pool nearby but the kids couldn’t go there on their own as in other resort where we could watch and see them this wasn’t possible. The hotel room was actually really nice, bed was comfy, loads of plugs in convenient locations! Bathroom was very modern. Our only issue was the aircon was absolutely horrendous, that needs updating ASAP. We did then ask for a fan and got a few hours later which allowed us to actually fall asleep because the room was boiling. I think something is up with the door to open your balcony but didn’t bother us too much was just worried we’d end up breaking it cause you have to yank it, could do with being fixed! The pool area was really nice, was regularly cleaned for rubbish and had a nice vibe to it. The food and drinks were quite expensive at the pool bar but then again it is a hotel right on the strip so what can you expect. If the air con was better and prices were slightly cheaper I’d probably give it a 5 out of 5 star stay! Would definitely stay again. Definitely better than expected! Thank you for accommodating a lovely stay for our first time in Portugal!"
