Room need deep cleaning, bathroom had hair dust, walla naste, carpet was not vacuum, roaches on table as was eating, no extra sheets at front desk , ect need refund

The Customer service I received from Angel and Janelle was phenomenal!!!! They both assisted me with tools on line and gave me a warm welcome in person, very clean , elegant, and just a great atmosphere and the breakfast they referred me to across the street Tupelo Honey was fantastic!
