"I think it is time to consider remolding the bathrooms, the toilet didn't flush very well. Shower did have nice water pressure and warm water. The breakfast is very good but please add home fries to the menu. You got to have breakfast potatoes to be a complete breakfast. I stay at the Best Western in Acworth often."

"Great value if you only want the basics. No coffee maker in the room, shampoo and soap barely came out of dispenser and continental breakfast was pitiful. A big drawback is there is no place to plug in a phone chargerb. But, clean place and great value for the money"

"It was clean but just a very older outdated property. I felt icky, couldn’t relax. Also we were there for a ball tournament , I tried to check in at 145 as wouldn’t be back until 930 that night. I was told there would be a fee if Indidbt wait until 3pm. It would be nice to have that notice posted somewhere in the hotel or get a message upon booking that this is a rule. "I chose this hotel through Expedia because it appeared to be a clean, affordable place for my family to stay while traveling to my husband’s grandfather’s funeral. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. After driving 10 hours, we arrived to a room that was filthy. There was a strong urine odor, visible mildew and mold, bugs, and a toilet that had crystallized urine running down the sides and covering the toilet seat lid. The room clearly had not been...

"You get what you pay for. TV in room didn't work. No problem, I just needed a place to change clothes and nap."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was your usual waffles, cereal, yogurt fruit options. Would stay again if I was passing through, but probably not for a longer stay."

"It was our first time staying in a Quality inn and we had a great experience, carpet and room were very clean ,,it was a welcoming sight after a long drive , I would definitely be staying there on our halfway stop to our destination."

"Upgraded furniture, bedding, mattress, flooring, sink and towels were nice. Bathtub and shower curtain could be replaced. There was a strong unpleasant chemical smell in the room on arrival. Not sure if it was cleaning products trying to cover an underlying smell. The bed was newer and comfortable with clean white sheets. AC worked well. Quiet for sleeping."

"I booked a room a week before our trip. Get to the hotel, only to be told by the hotel staff that there was a “glitch” in the system and the room we booked was no longer available. They said we could take the room they had or find another hotel. Since we had driven 4 hours and it was late, we took the room and slept on the floor. The staff was not helpful or apologetic for the situation. Terrible experience!"

"Entrance to hotel initially harledd to see so had to make a u-turn back to driveway. Pictures on website indicated a sofa for the suite, but my room only had a chair. Once settled in, found out the TV did not work, and did not want to change rooms."
