"Great stay, large clean room, spacious bathroom and nice views on balcony. Easy check in, building was super clean and tidy, close to the train station as well. Onsen is great but shared with the public too; so it does get busy and with a lot of locals. It’s a really nice facility with sauna, cold bath, honey bath, outside bathtubs and a carbonated bath to name a few. Overall would definitely stay again and recommend, especially if you’re going to universal. "

Booked this hotel because of the proximity to USJ, the staff was friendly and efficient, the room was clean, beds comfortable. Did not use the onsen because we were exhausted but it looked great. "

"The hotel is great: the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was also very helpful and attentive. We decided to include the breakfast with the room fee, and it was a wonderful choice: the wide range of choice is great, and everything is delicious. Highly recommended. Finally, the hotel is located close to two subway lines, New Tram and Cho, both of them at a short walking distance. There is also a convenience store in the building if you want a cheap meal. Would I come back? Yes, of course!"
