"I loved it! The room was gorgeous, spacious and just right for my sister and I on my birthday eve. Breakfast was great and I am pleased. I didn’t realise it was above a pub but that wasn’t a problem. Free parking and 10mins drive to city centre. The AC in the room wasn’t functional but there was a back up fan that helped somewhat."

"Room was dirty on check in..after complaining they cleaned it..and never again..for am eight night stay. Wifi was abysmal..their engineers said the only option was to move to another room But none was available ! My friend stayed in another room..also dirty ..room was never cleaned .and the soap containers were empty! Not an experience to repeat."

"Very responsive and helpful communication. Canceled flights meant very late arrival and the directions that were given to get in were so clear and easy . Nice room with windows that open easily really clean. with a breakfast tray . But the location is so wonderful with coffee"

"Great location right near the beach and added bonus of on site parking. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. Bathroom had a walk in shower as well as a tub and toiletries were included. No AC but fans were provided. There was a bit of traffic noise but didn’t bother us too much. Ear plugs are in the room if needed. Recommend staying here for the great location and cosy room."

"Great location, and a good sized room. No air conditioning, and the fan provided wasn't that efficient. The wet room style of bathroom meant that shower water often pooled by the loo, (whose seat was a bit loose). I stayed for two nights and despite the notice that my room would be serviced from 10 am, when I got back to my room at 12.30 on my second day it had not been touched. "-Not enough staff to check guests in -Room bordering on barren, empty but for a few outdated pieces. -No amenities at the bathtub - soap, shampoo, etc. They apparently expecred you to go to the shower stall and put what you needed in your ahnd and walk back to the tub? They did supply it upon request. Breakfast however was GREAT!"
