During our 7 days’ stay, we requested for ONE extra pillow but to no avail, and the complementary coffee was NEVER AVAILABLE because the machine was that maintained - waste water catchment was forever full and coffee ground not disposed. Do no chance of having their free coffee."

"Overall this hotel was okay. The experience was a bit frustrating. First, we are a family of five: two adults, a 16yo, 13yo, and 9yo. I booked a room for “3 or 4 people” while listing my five people. This went through, but upon confirmation I discovered that the expectation was that the 9yo and 13yo were to share a bed with an adult. I get that this is common and don’t have a problem with it, but it’s important to know. We added a room, so it was fine. The airport shuttle only runs from hotel...
