Breakfast was good and a lot of different items to select. The rooms were cramped and bedding wasn't very clean as it showed light soiled stains on the outer covers. Clean common areas. "

"We really loved this hotel and its location except we wish the bath room has a night light or an independent light switch that its power is not cut off by the master switch because we the seniors need to go to the toilet at least two times at night. "

"Arranging the shuttle to pick up from the airport was quite simple and painless, just stand outside of the police box building after calling. Complimentary breakfast was very good. On our 2nd night there was an issue where the water went out, the staff provided large amounts of 2L bottles, but it still hampered the last night of the stay for us. "

"Everything went great once I checked in. Overall the location is great literally 3 mins from station, there's 2 convenience stores, and a grocery store. It was 13 mins from Haneda Airport. There was a bit of confusion initially because I needed to do early bag drop off. I didn't get full address and map until after I was dropped off at address on web which is actually the top of the street. And I didn't receive my instructions because 1st agent I talked the day prior marked that drop off...
