"Very nice clean room: a little small perhaps but not oppressively so, and I'm guessing this kind of room size might be typical of the kind of building it was located in.
Great central location, in particular was spot-on perfect for my wish to visit all of the 'big 3' art museums.
Staff friendly and helpful but discreet, as befitting the kind of hotel it is. The two gentlemen I interacted with both spoke English well. Recommended."

"Great location! Clean facility. Room was listed as “courtyard view” but my room had a view of other rooms and a wall! Bed was uncomfortable and shower was great. No concierge services. Room access key didn’t work 50% of the time. I loved Madrid and the location, but would not recommend."
