"The room is pretty great! But we were told we were gonna be sent the information for check in before check in so we went out waiting and by 4:30 heard nothing. I’ve called several times and it kept telling me to leave a voicemail, I even texted and emailed too trying to figure out anything I could. Finally they answered my call and said we would get check in information when we got there instead. "

"スタッフの方々がピッツバーグや建物の所有者に関する歴史について詳しく教えてくれました。建物の装飾が素晴らしく外観も息をのむ美しさです。朝食2回こちらにお願いしましたが日によって（親切なお兄さん⇒対応が悪い黒人のおばさん）担当が変わります。バスタブがあればもっと良かったです。シャワーもホース付きならなお良かったです。"

"The owners and their dog are fantastic. Helpful to know that bathroom is outside of the room accessed by code pad. Each room has its own bathroom not shared with other rooms but it is outside the room. We rolled with that and glad to have stayed there."
