"Crowne Plaza Alexandria a été pour ma famille et moi une expérience inoubliable : très bel hôtel, personnel super chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est tellement riche ainsi que les repas proposés au soir. On a beaucoup aimé le balcon et sa vue sur le Smouha club afin d’apprécier la vie tressée rythmée des habitants. La literie est vraiment confortable. Ne pas oublier la tradition des tips (pourboire) qui est très répandue."

"The hotel was far from everything which was very inconvenient. The rooms in the premium building were in good conditions and clean. The food wasn’t the best also not a lot of variety. Overall it was ok but it doesn’t meet the expectations of a 5 star hotel. I would say 3."

The receptionist came to my room by false pretense there was water problem at 23:00 and made advances. I asked him to leave, he said sorry but it was too late. I was shocked and pissed. "We stayed at one of the apartments with ocean view and the view did not disappoint. Although the balcony was very small, just big enough for 2 small chairs, we really enjoyed watching the sunsets. The location is great, there are many restaurants and coffee places nearby and you can walk to most tourist attractions. it was however very noisy, we recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
