"Our suite wasn’t cleaned once during our stay, only once did someone try and we told them to come back but they didn’t.So no towels no water replenished.Also no breakfast included in our booking which was a surprise to us."

"This was, by far, our favourite hotel during our three week visit to Egypt. From arrival to departure the staff at Sunrise Alex Avenue were welcoming, attentive, and friendly. "The room was clean and comfortable. House keeping were so nice especially Suzanne. Reception was terrible, don’t have the basic of hospitality and how to be welcoming or of help with situations. In general, if you want to be around old down town and see the real Alexnadria, you can benefit from the location but rather than that, it is not the best place to enjoy a good, comfy and quiet stay. "Le Metropole is definitely the best hotel in Alexandria, and our best in Egypt. The minute you step in, you feel special. Loved the historical grandiose and the tentative service.
