"Hotel ubicato in un quartiere tranquillo, residenziale, con ogni servizio che potrebbe essere necessario. Pulito con camere ben arredate ma purtroppo non insonorizzate, si sente tutto quello che fanno e dicono i vicini. Bagni abbastanza datati, a mio parere da sistemare. Nel pomeriggio si può usufruire di una merenda gratuita a disposizione nella reception. Metro 2 Canal, a pochi passi dall' hotel."

"The airport shuttle only runs once every hour with maximum of 16 seats. We had to pay taxi to and from the airport because it was fully booked way ahead of our arrival. We both poked this hotel because it very close to airport and had a shuttle service. It turns out that the shuttle service is just a lie."

"Very convenient location near the airport. The rooms were large, modern, and very well kept. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options, and the food at the bar was also very good. The room amenities were thoughtful and high quality. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel was as expected for the price. Fair quality and clean. Staff in the breakfast area was very rude on multiple occasions. As a hotel guest and then paying $17 for the breakfast buffet, I felt very unwelcome and almost an inconvenience just for being there. Front desk staff was friendly. "

Location is excellent if you dont mind walking a bit to most tourist spots like plaza mayor, the palace, the cathedral, etc
Room was not that good. They gave us room thwt was like in the middle. The window. Was small and open to just hole in the middle of the building. The air in the room never feel fresh.
Maybe other rooms can be better but our room was definitely not good. "

"I like the quiet location yet fairly close to La Vaguada shopping centre. Free parking a bonus. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Only downside for me is the open plan front bathroom, what if I want to relax on the bed and someone else is drying their hair or brushing their teeth, maybe fashionable but impractical,"
