"Loved our honeymoon stay here! Perfect home base for a week of exploring the area. Loved the pool and especially loved the amazing generous and delicious free breakfast every morning! The only issue we had were tiny ants in our room that made a few surfaces unusable, and we had to be very cautious not to prepare food in the room. But we understand that’s normal in the jungle so we weren’t bothered. "

"I was very disappointed with this hotel. I had a 3 year old and an 8 month old travelling with us and required additional items due to it being super cold and raining. The manager is non responsive after numerous follow ups including bot emails and phone calls. Book somewhere else! Feeding the ducks and fish is a nightmare, there are no steps down, it’s super slippery, the ducks snip at your feet as they know your coming to feed them and won’t leave you alone.
