"I don’t know if all the rooms are the same but after a very long day and the usual stresses of flying the one thing you need is sleep. Not possible in the room I was in. Everything was great until it was time to switch the lights off. Directly above my bed was the brightest green “Exit” sign I had ever seen. No matter how I tried to position myself in the bed the bright light was beaming into my eyes. It was so bright it lit up the whole room. In the end the only thing I could do to escape it...

"New Building with extremely poorly designed rooms. Hot water is not reliable, had to take 2 cold showers. Staff had no explanation as to why there was no hot water. Bathroom had a horrible setup, non shower doors or walls of any sort. No place to set anything. Everything gets wet when using the shower. The floor floods and water pores out of the bathroom into the room. Property is extremely understaffed. Parking lot has few parking spots. Hotel is next to a Police Station of some sort and...

"Decent 4 bed room. Sink in room, shower and toilet attached to room on either side. This makes reducing noise and light disturbance for other roomies difficult. Curtain on the bunks resolves the light issue only to a small extent. Noise from the street. Bring ear plugs. Hostel had daily entertainment activities and staff were very helpful. Reasonable buffet breakfast for extra €7. Towel could be rented for €3. Drawers under bed for storage. Bring your own padlock."

"Perfect location for a day trip to the Guggenheim Bilbao. I loved the Honest Bar concept and comfortable lounge. The room is small but quite nice and the window opened for fresh air!"

"My husband and I had fantastic 4 night stays. The room especially the bathroom is clean and bed is very comfortable. I chose this hotel because of it's location, just few steps to Guggenheim museum. Also, the Old town is walking distance from the hotel. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast daily. The food was delicious and had variety to choose from.
