"I'd say this hotel is a 3 star, not a 4. And it's starting to feel very dated and looking tired in the rooms. The Air Con was not functioning correctly in the room I was given, so it made for an uncomfortable sleep on a night after the temp had reached 38 celsius. Parking was overpriced but at least it was safe. The bathrooms felt a bit grubby, and the bedroom didn't make me feel clean either. Just a general sense of dirt and age. Very easy to get to and from airport (located right by bus station) and major sites were accessible on foot. Area was fine during day (busy with open bars and shops) but felt a little quiet at night. Overall, a good option at less than price of family room in central location or paying for two rooms."

"The hotel is set on the river estuary, with beautiful views of boats bobbing up and down and a nice promenade to walk along. On arrival the lift was broken so had to carry out cases up 2 floors, it was fixed by the next day. Also we were told that the hotel was closed the next day so there were no reception, bar or food available. This seemed a bit odd for a hotel."
