"Due to a terrace outside this room the beach view was limited. However, the room was kept clean, all the staff were helpful and were always happy to assist us whenever we asked. We did not need to touch the air conditioning. There was a coffee maker in the room and coffee supplies were replaced as used each day. Air conditioning wasn’t working in our first room so requested a move which was accommodated. This room had a street view where there was a bar where a lot of shouting lasted until the early hours of the morning. Suggest improving the sound proofing as the staff informed us that this was a recurring problem most Saturday nights."

"Beautiful hotel in the hills northeast of Bilbao. Easy to find, and as convenient as can be expected to drive in and out of the city for a few days. Unlike many places in Spain, good reliable air conditioning. Note that the “Family” room is just one room, so no privacy for anyone sleeping in either of the two beds. Hotel restaurant was good, not great, but good value."
