"Beautiful hotel even looking through storm Claudia! The food was first class in the restaurant with some of the best chicken I've tasted. The room was lovely and little touches like light coming on when you opened the cupboard & a night light in the bathroom added to the stay. Bed was soft and comfortable. Very pleasant stay with lovely staff and if we ever go up that was again, definitely high on our list to stay: just hope the weather is better :-)"

"We stopped in the original part of the hotel. The room was simple but clean and tidy. It was a little cold when we arrived so we asked at reception about the heating. We were told it came on at 4pm but I think they switched it on earlier and they gave us an electric heater. Staff were extremely helpful and professional. We were attending an event at the hotel which was great fun. On the morning we went for breakfast, ,we had the choice of a small continental breakfast, cereal or a cooked...
