"WiFi wasn’t working for entire stay. Staff member told me it had been down and would be fixed in 2 hours but wasn’t. Room was freezing, heating didn’t work. Staff brought me an electric heater but this struggled to warm the room. Sheets were coarse and uncomfortable. Room was extremely noisy. Made 2 noise complaints about a neighbouring room. "This property seems very good for short stays, its just around the railway station and close to an Aldi's. The only thing I didn't like is that they have a washer but not a dryer. Apart from that, we really liked our stay at the Grand Station!"
